If you are using a song in a worship service, you need a church copyright license through CCLI: http://www.ccli.com. Most likely your church already has this, and as long as the annual license is current, you have permission to use songs by 33MILES (if your church or organization does not have a CCLI license nor plans to get one, please see the next paragraph).

For all other commercial and non-commercial use (using a song in a promotional video, recording a 33MILES song on your worship team’s CD, etc.) you will need to obtain a mechanical license.

If your application is approved for licensing, you will receive a license within 4-6 weeks. If they are unable to grant permission for the use described in your application, they will let you know within 2 weeks.
